Practical quality engineering for teams moving quickly.

Eshana helps teams improve software quality through thoughtful test strategy, workflow-centered automation, API validation, and modern QA practices that fit lean engineering teams.

Quality Engineering

Independent product risk review across user journeys, integrations, authentication, data behavior, browser support, and release readiness. The goal is not to test everything. The goal is to find the issues that should change a decision.

  • Release-risk assessment
  • Exploratory testing
  • QA strategy

Automation Engineering

Automation should protect important workflows, clarify failures, and earn its maintenance cost. Eshana builds practical coverage around the flows your customers and teams rely on.

  • Playwright and Cypress suites
  • API test coverage
  • CI/CD quality gates

AI & Modern Quality Engineering

AI can speed up coding, test design, investigation, and documentation. Quality Engineering keeps that speed grounded by validating behavior, assumptions, and release risk.

  • AI-assisted test design
  • Regression failure investigation
  • Human review of quality signals

Evidence before investment

AI Initiative Assessment

AI ideas are easy to generate. Deciding which ones deserve funding is harder.

Eshana's AI Initiative Gate helps teams evaluate proposed AI initiatives before committing budget, infrastructure, or engineering capacity.

Each idea is assessed against the same criteria so leadership can compare opportunities using evidence rather than enthusiasm.

  1. Intake

Problem, users, data, integration, risk, ownership, and operating responsibility.

A structured intake captures the business problem, current baseline, intended users, ownership, data needs, integration requirements, risk, and operational responsibility.

    Some criteria are hard stops.

  2. Feasibility & infrastructure

Can the current systems, data, security, and people support the idea?

We identify infrastructure gaps, integration constraints, security considerations, operating dependencies, and the cost required to close readiness gaps.

  3. ROI & pilot criteria

What does the idea need to prove before it deserves scale?

We assess the baseline cost today, realistic benefit, implementation and recurring costs, expected payback, and the exact success criteria a pilot must meet before scaling.

Output

Each initiative receives:

  • Ranked idea list
  • Scorecard per idea
  • Infrastructure gap assessment
  • Estimated cost to close gaps
  • Editable ROI calculator
  • Pilot exit criteria
  • Leadership-ready one-page recommendation

How the engagement runs

  1. Half-day workshop

Run the structured intake against your current idea list with the people who raised the initiatives.

Outcome: A same-day ranked view of the ideas worth deeper assessment.

  2. Gate assessment · 2–3 weeks

Full feasibility, infrastructure readiness, ownership, risk, and ROI assessment for the top two or three initiatives.

Outcome: Go / Conditional / No-Go recommendation per idea with supporting evidence.

  3. Pilot evaluation · optional

Define measurement criteria, capture the baseline, and independently verify whether the pilot met its agreed exit criteria.

What this is not

The purpose of the gate is independent decision support, not implementation sales.

  • We do not build the AI solution as part of the gate.
  • We do not pick a vendor for you.
  • We do not write your entire AI strategy or policy.
  • We do not promise ROI that has not been measured.
  • We do not force a positive recommendation.

Start with a focused audit, or build a longer-term quality foundation.
